Senior UX Designer

ResMed seeks a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive digital experiences across healthcare products serving patients, providers, and operations teams. The role involves designing complex workflows, information architecture, and AI-enabled interfaces while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX work from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
- Design clear, efficient experiences for complex workflows and data-rich interfaces
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape feasible solutions and resolve ambiguity early
- Contribute to design systems, reusable patterns, and consistent experience standards
- Design and evaluate AI-enabled experiences for usability, accessibility, ethics, and user control
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design and delivered outcomes
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping
- Experience designing enterprise, workflow-heavy, or data-rich digital products
- Practical understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking about AI-enabled experiences, trust, accuracy, and user control
- Ability to simplify complexity and evaluate design tradeoffs
Compensation: $147,000 - $221,000 USD Annual
