Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
At least two years recent experience in field
EPIC experience: Required

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and nursing process.
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
Collect and analyze relevant data related to patient health.
Develop and implement care plans and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
Provide learning opportunities for patients and their families.
Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.
