As a Workforce Program Assistant, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes helping ensure our Goodskills Career Builder program runs smoothly and supports individuals on their path to meaningful employment. What You’ll Do Coordinating schedules, calendars, and program logistics Preparing materials for orientations, trainings, and graduation events Maintaining accurate participant records and program documentation Entering and managing data in program systems and tracking tools Communicating with participants, graduates, and partners Supporting staff with administrative tasks that keep the program running efficiently What You Bring 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Clear, professional communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) Comfort working with data, systems, and documentation A commitment to handling confidential information with care Bonus if you have: experience with databases or case management systems.
