HVAC Service Technician Pay Rate: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs and IncentivesWork Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with available overtimeWhat you will be doing: To provide service/maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of residential air conditioning systemsOffering the customer a high-quality experience. Makes recommendations and educates customers on products.Why Work With Us?Spiffs and bonus program- paid out monthly. You can average between $500 to $1,000 a month on top of your base pay! Our top performers can earn $1,600 in spiffs per month.Paid Weekly!We offer in-house training through our trade school!
