Restaurant Closing Manager – Alachua, FL Location: 16130 Northwest US Highway 441, Alachua, FL, USA We are seeking qualified candidates to fill our Restaurant Closing Manager position. The qualified candidate must be able to work late nights to oversee the closing of the restaurant, including prep work for the opening shift. Responsibilities Oversee the closing of the restaurant, ensuring all operations are completed efficiently. Prepare the restaurant for the next opening shift. Work late nights as required for closing duties. Qualifications 2-3 years of restaurant management experience. Ability to work late nights and flexible schedules. Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
