HCM Implementation Specialist
Brecksville, Ohio hybrid
$26 to $28 per hour

Role
• No travel, hybrid after 90 days
• Implement HCM products and services
• Verify data for accuracy and meet timelines
• Stay current with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, tax laws
• Use conversion programs to load employee data into our platform
• Provide customer updates and support via phone or email
• Attend training and seminars to stay up-to-date
• Look for ways to improve internal processes



Required
• HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, ATS, or Timekeeping implementations
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical aptitude, including advanced Excel and CRM tools
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Organized with strong follow-through and accountability
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Ability to train users at all levels
