About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I've spent 19 years in the insurance industry, with experience in recruiting, claims, and as a team member before becoming an agent. I always knew agency ownership was my goal. Outside of work, I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, love coaching my son's baseball team, volunteer at my children's school, and being a mom is my greatest joy.

Being involved in the community is a big part of who I am. Whether it's through my children's school or local activities, I enjoy finding ways to give back and stay connected with the families we serve.

We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
• Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
• Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
