Customer Service Manager
As a Customer Service Manager with the Waterhouse State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
Benefits include 401(k) matching, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, opportunity for advancement, and paid time off.
Responsibilities include overseeing the customer service team and daily operations, developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, handling escalated customer complaints and issues, and training and mentoring customer service representatives.
Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role, strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
