Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for field crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Communicate scheduling updates, timelines, and changes with project managers, customers, and field personnel
• Adjust schedules as needed due to weather conditions, material availability, or changing project priorities
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and updates within company systems
• Support efficient project execution by ensuring crews and resources are scheduled effectively

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of scheduling, dispatching, coordination, administrative, customer service, logistics, or related experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm when priorities change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus but not required
