Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist – Cardiac Sonographer - Structural Heart (Northern New Jersey) Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters. Train physicians and EP lab staff on electrophysiology systems/catheter equipment (e.g., CARTO System with CARTOSOUND, CARTOMERGE, Stockert RF generator) during case procedures to meet/exceed business goals. Educate customers on electrophysiology products; provide in-service training and share best practices. Use consultative selling to identify sales opportunities; coordinate with Territory Sales Manager to drive incremental business. Maximize customer case support via planning/scheduling; collaborate with internal partners (TMs, EP CAS, ULS CAS, Marketing, FSE, RBD) and external partners. Stay current on IFUs, best practices, troubleshooting, and relevant clinical literature/new product info. Prioritize requests in high-stress environments; engage in diagnostic dialogue and formulate solutions. Mentor new commercial team members as requested; perform other assigned duties. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work/military experience. 2+ years in clinical echocardiography lab. Maintain RCS or RDCS certification (adult or pediatric echocardiography). Advanced clinical ultrasound/echocardiography knowledge; clinical knowledge of healthcare, disease states, therapeutic and institutional trends. Valid US driver’s license; maintain advanced cardiac ablation/cardio imaging and EP technology knowledge. Travel up to 40% overnight locally/regionally/nationally (sometimes short notice). Work in hospital lab, attend live cases, wear protective gear; variable hours; may lift up to 60 lbs. Strongly Preferred: EP/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular device industry experience; CEPS (IBHRE) or RCES/RCIS. Experience with complex technical systems and/or critical patient care; strong communicator. Self-starter/autonomy, critical-thinking/problem solving, receptive to feedback, ability to translate data into insights.
