MUFG in the Americas Legal Department seeks a driven attorney to advise on regulatory matters across MUFG’s Global Markets businesses. The role requires familiarity with SEC, CFTC, FINRA and NFA rules and the ability to apply them across entities and transactions with substituted compliance considerations.
