Job Summary

Patient Services Manager

Location: Augusta, GA

We are seeking a hands-on Patient Services Manager to lead our patient dining team in an acute care hospital setting in Augusta, GA.

This is a great opportunity for a foodservice leader who enjoys developing teams, improving the patient experience, and ensuring every meal is delivered safely, accurately, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily patient foodservice operations and ensure meals meet dietary orders, medical direction, and patient preferences

• Hire, train, coach, and develop patient services team members

• Ensure special and modified diets are prepared and delivered accurately

• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and help the team achieve service goals

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, food safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards

• Partner with clinical and hospital leadership on quality improvement programs

• Participate in departmental meetings, patient rounding, and facility-wide initiatives

• Monitor service standards, staffing, workflow, and overall team performance

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least one year of related foodservice experience, or a bachelor's degree in foodservice management, hospitality, nutrition, or a related field

• At least one year of foodservice management experience preferred

• Acute care or healthcare foodservice experience strongly preferred

• Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian preferred

• ServSafe certification preferred

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems
