Neuropsychologic Associates is looking for friendly, organized, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team!

We are a small, busy neuropsychology practice seeking part-time receptionists who are professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Available Positions & Hours

Daytime Receptionist

1. Monday–Thursday: 9 AM–1 PM
2. Approximately 16 hours per week

Evening Receptionist

1. Monday: 3 PM–6 PM
2. Tuesday–Thursday: 3 PM–7 PM
3. Approximately 15 hours per week

Flexibility is essential. Because we are a small practice, applicants must have some flexibility to work additional hours, including occasional mornings or afternoons, to assist with coverage during staff absences, vacations, or illness. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

Responsibilities

1. Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out
2. Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
3. Register new patients and manage intake paperwork
4. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
5. Collect payments and assist with general billing tasks
6. Communicate professionally with patients, families, and referring providers
7. Maintain an organized front desk and assist with daily office operations
8. Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Dependable, punctual, and professional
4. Ability to multitask and work independently
5. Comfortable using computers and learning new office software
6. Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
7. Willingness to take initiative and assist wherever needed
8. Previous medical office or administrative experience preferred, but not required

Compensation

$18–$20 per hour , depending on experience.
