The Role

We are looking for a  Property Rehab Specialist who can take a property from rough condition to rent-ready. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can both  do the work and  think ahead .

You’ll be responsible for executing renovations efficiently, maintaining quality, and helping us standardize our process as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on renovation work (drywall, painting, flooring, trim, light carpentry, etc.)
• Complete full “turns” to get properties rent-ready
• Identify issues quickly and solve problems without constant supervision
• Coordinate with subcontractors when needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Track materials and communicate what’s needed ahead of time
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
• Perform final walkthroughs to ensure properties are tenant-ready

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience
• Strong skills across multiple trades (jack-of-all-trades mindset)
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Reliable, consistent, and accountable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bonus: Experience with rental property turnovers or real estate investing
