HOTWORX Milwaukee, WI (Downtown) | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

About HOTWORX:

HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio that combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise to deliver efficient, results-driven workouts. We're looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) to join our team and help our members reach their fitness goals while growing our studio community.

The TSA Mission:

The Trainer Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving new traffic into the studio, growing our membership base, and helping retain and motivate our current members.

This is a highly interactive position where you will build relationships with members and prospects, conduct tours, sell memberships and retail, assist with marketing, and help create a welcoming studio environment.

Typical Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours per week.

Typical staffed hours include:

• Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.
• Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Your specific 40-hour schedule may vary based on studio needs and may include occasional weekends, events, outside promotions, or additional hours as assigned.

What You'll Do:

Member Experience & Customer Service:

• Welcome every member and guest with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Make every member feel valued, motivated, and excited to return.
• Answer questions and provide guidance on HOTWORX workouts, sauna usage, the HOTWORX App, Burn Off App, hydration, recovery, and retail products.
• Help members understand and participate in HOTWORX challenges and studio promotions.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage consistency, engagement, and retention.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude.
• Help create a studio culture centered around exceptional hospitality and customer service.

Membership Sales & Prospecting:

• Conduct studio tours and explain the HOTWORX experience to prospective members.
• Sell memberships and consistently work toward individual and studio sales goals.
• Follow up with leads, guests, prospects, and new members.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client tracking information.
• Participate in outside promotions and local marketing opportunities to generate new leads and studio traffic.
• Utilize HOTWORX marketing tools and strategies to maximize membership opportunities.
• Complete all required documentation, billing information, and signatures for membership sales.
• Earn commissions and incentives based on performance.

Retail Sales:

• Learn HOTWORX retail products and confidently make recommendations based on member needs.
• Educate members about available gear, hydration products, apparel, and other retail offerings.
• Work toward retail sales goals and maintain an organized retail area.

Marketing & Social Media:

• Assist with social media engagement, promotional campaigns, and studio marketing initiatives.
• Provide ideas and feedback to help increase local awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Participate in daily marketing activities and prospecting initiatives.
• Help promote studio events, challenges, giveaways, and special offers.

Studio Operations:

• Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance checklists to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Keep equipment and common areas clean and organized.
• Follow HOTWORX policies, procedures, uniform standards, and code of conduct.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts, meetings, training, promotions, and events.
• Accurately record all hours worked using the studio time clock.

Training & Certification:

All required training will be provided. The TSA will be expected to:

• Complete HOTWORX Certification.
• Complete required HOTWORX University online training courses.
• Participate in team and corporate training, webinars, and educational sessions as assigned.
• Stay current on HOTWORX education, promotions, products, and programming.
• Stay engaged with HOTWORX weekly educational content and apply relevant information in the studio.

Previous sales, fitness, hospitality, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and enthusiasm.
