Build reusable templates and checklists that cut rework on repeat lanes and commodity sets. Leave an audit-ready file: source documents, classification rationale, and correspondence in one place. Environment & Resources You join a brokerage desk inside a full-service logistics operation-truckload, LTL, warehousing, cross-dock, yard, expedite, and cross-border flows. You work in the automated commercial environment and the team's transportation systems, with standard operating procedures, a senior reviewer on complex entries, and a direct line to the brokerage lead. Volume is real; so is backup when a lane spikes. Essential Qualifications Hands-on experience preparing and filing U.S. customs entries, not only data entry. Working command of HTS classification, valuation, country of origin, and common trade remedies. Fluency with ACE or an equivalent entry system and with commercial invoices and bills of lading. A record of entries that release clean, few rejects, few post-summary corrections caused by your work. Clear written updates to customers and internal teams when a shipment is blocked.
