Clinical Staff Pharmacist | Pharmacy | PRN Days

Overview Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients, physicians and staff of UF Health Central Florida. Interpretation of physician orders. Maintenance of medication profiles and providing drug information. Attendance and involvement in varied medical staff committees/meetings. Adverse drug reaction reporting and follow-up. Therapeutic interchanges. Parenteral nutrition monitoring. Pharmacokinetics dosing and follow-up. Medication dosing and follow-up (e.g., coumadin, antibiotics). IV to PO recommendations. Qualifications Education: Professional School, College Masters, or more. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Florida Pharmacist License. Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. #J-18808-Ljbffr UF Health
