About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Support to lead the transformation and expansion of its customer support function. This senior leader will be responsible for defining and implementing a world-class support strategy that encompasses both hardware and software ecosystems. The role involves not only resolving customer issues but also proactively identifying and mitigating potential problems, driving the integration of AI and automation into support workflows, and scaling operations to meet the demands of new and complex environments. The successful candidate will be a strategic voice at the leadership table, using data to drive change and ensure that the customer experience is at the forefront of the company's operations. Candidates for the Vice President of Support role at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in customer service, contact center operations, product support operations, or a related function, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Essential qualifications include a proven track record in building and leading support at a world-class company, experience in contact center operations, and a strong background in implementing AI and automation. The role requires a leader with strong strategic instincts, the ability to drive transformation, and a focus on operational excellence. Experience in a start-up environment and a consumer-centric background are desirable.
