The U.S. organization manages a diverse portfolio of roughly 10–15 active museums and exhibition projects at any given time, and continues to widen its scope of exhibit fabrication services nationwide. About the Role As Project Manager you will ensure the efficient and effective management of project scope you are delegated, as well as the success of specific phases within the entrusted projects, in terms of quality results, times, costs and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the contract specifications of the projects through the study of the contractual and technical documents (e.g. Scope of Work, Technical specifications, etc.). Coordinate with the Milan Project Manager to implement the project details in accordance with the methodologies established by the contract (e.g. Invoice submissions, variation orders, process of approvals, etc.) Serve as primary local point of contact for the client and their team Maintain a regular presence at the project site (weekly or bi-weekly) during the development phase of a project and minimum 2 days a week during the installation and handover phase. Coordinate the effective and efficient organization and management of "on site" installations by organizing logistics, access, local lodging and transportation of installation teams. Work cooperatively with the Milan team to ensure that project is delivered on time, while also holding the client accountable for their deliverables to keep the project on track. Maintain and distribute documents relating to the project development and execution, especially minutes of project meetings, communications from the client, vendor bids and invoices. Prepare bi-weekly project reports for internal distribution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Required Skills Proven experience in project management, preferably in museum, exhibition, construction, architecture, or custom fabrication projects. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external vendors. Knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation with high attention to detail. Willingness to travel frequently and maintain regular on-site presence at project locations across the United States. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
