Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit

Schedule

Monday through Thursday 2 PM to 11:30 PM.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS certification
• Experience in Intensive Care Unit and Progressive Care Unit
• Additional certifications in Cardiac Services and Emergency Room preferred
• NRP certification for specific units

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in an intensive care environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
