You will deliver high-level treatments within the (se)® practice model, with a focus on fascial remodeling and postural balance. Learn the holistic lens: You’ll undergo mandatory intensive training to master the (se)® Treatment model before seeing patients. Execute the Model: Deliver high-level treatments within the (se)® practice model, focusing on fascial remodeling and postural balance. Biomechanical Advocacy: Educate patients on the "why" behind their pain and provide them with the resources to take agency over their own structural health. Clinical Excellence: Constant access to workshops, continuing education, and a network of experts ensures you remain at the cutting edge of the industry. Qualifications Education/Experience: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; 2–5 years of related clinical experience. License: Current Physical Therapy license in good standing in the state of Wisconsin. Specialized: Ability to practice dry needling and manual therapy (per state regulations). Professional: Must carry personal liability insurance. Key Duties Perform treatment in the (se)® practice model after completing mandatory 2-week training. Produce accurate treatment plans and documentation in accordance with state laws. Educate patients on the "why" behind their pain and empower them to take agency over their structural health. The Logistics Compensation: $40- $ 135 per hour, depending on your role. Role: *THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION ONLY. You can start your practice with us as your own business or as an independent contractor. Flexibility: starting at 6 hours per week. Evenings and Saturdays available; great for moonlighting.
