Position Overview

Description of Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment proficiently, addressing any malfunctions as necessary.
• Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain meticulous patient records in the electronic medical system.
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound technology and apply best practices in your work.

Education Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Successful completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred.

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
