Job Type: Full-Time | Remote Shift: Canadian Business Hours About the Role Mortgage Assurance is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. The role focuses on sourcing, calling, screening, and hiring candidates for Mortgage Agent positions. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Make outbound calls and conduct initial candidate screenings. Explain the role, compensation, training, and growth opportunities. Schedule interviews with management and follow up with candidates. Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipelines. Support candidates through the onboarding process. Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets. Requirements Excellent verbal and written English. Comfortable with calling, interviewing, and hiring. Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Previous recruitment, sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is an asset. Comfortable working remotely and Canadian shift hours. Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
