Our client, a well-established entertainment company in West Los Angeles, is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on an ongoing contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and candidate communication Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Participate in recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments; entertainment, media, creative, or corporate recruiting experience highly preferred Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr
