Senior Technical Recruiter

Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, data, and product-adjacent teams Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate scope and seniority, and align hiring priorities Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using outbound outreach, referrals, and targeted market mapping Screen candidates with a strong technical lens Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions, compensation expectations, and tradeoffs Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer close Drive automated process improvements across outreach, interviewing, calibration, and closing Track pipeline health, identify hiring risks, and communicate with stakeholders Partner with People and Finance teams on headcount planning and scalable recruiting practices Requirements 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within B2B SaaS startups or high-growth tech companies Proven ability to hire high-volume engineering roles and senior or specialized technical talent, including backend, platform, infrastructure, and machine learning Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates Ability to understand complex technical roles and translate them into compelling candidate narratives High ownership mindset with confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in ambiguity, shifting priorities, and lean team environments Passion for building teams and processes, not just filling roles Must be authorized to work in the job location Able to work from the San Francisco or New York office 2–3 days per week Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in end-to-end technical recruiting, with a focus on high-volume engineering roles and specialized talent acquisition.
