Leasing Manager | Lead Team, Boost Occupancy & Retention

DTN

DTN is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team and drive occupancy and revenue goals at one of its Michigan properties. You will hire, train, and mentor staff, set daily/weekly/monthly leasing targets, and partner with marketing to run campaigns to attract residents.

The role emphasizes renewal strategies, leasing process optimization, and strong customer service, requiring evening/weekend availability and reliable transportation.
