About the role -
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Shipment Tracking ,Project 44, and supply chain visibility solutions.
• Lead requirements, process analysis, and enhancement efforts for Shipment Tracking and Visibility initiatives.
• Partner with transportation and logistics teams to improve shipment tracking accuracy, milestone visibility, alerting, and reporting.
• Work closely with visibility vendors (e.g., Project 44) to identify issues, assess new features, support integration improvements, and manage solution enhancements.
• Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts within visibility, TMS(transportation management systems, WMS(Warehouse Management Systems), and carrier integrations
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Drive capacity planning and capacity prediction to ensure realistic sprint commitments.
• Facilitate alignment among Product Owners, developers, and testers to ensure Shipment Tracking and visibility initiatives progress predictably.
• Prepare and maintain clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria that support visibility platform enhancements.
• Execute comprehensive business analysis processes, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Coordinate and lead UAT for Shipment Tracking, and other visibility-related deliverables.
• Support functional testing as required for visibility and shipment tracking enhancements.
• Support production deployments, release activities, and post-deployment validation as needed.
• Serve as liaison across IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Agile environments with user story and acceptance criteria development.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills
• Experience Transportation, Logistics, Project 44, or other shipment visibility tools.
• Understanding of real-time tracking, carrier integrations, milestone events, shipment exceptions, and visibility analytics.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).

Payrange - 45$/hr. - 47$/hr.
