ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of two. My journey with State Farm started earlywhen I was 16, my mother worked as a team member, and I began helping in the office as an office assistant. While I was in college, she opened her own agency, and after graduate school I joined her team, gaining valuable experience before eventually opening my own office.

I attended Virginia Tech and am very close with my extended family. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, board games, throwing a frisbee, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I stay involved in the community by sponsoring local events and supporting animal rescue programs. Building strong community relationships and giving back are important values for our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Carlos Clovek - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
