SK Flooring is seeking a B2B Field Sales Representative to drive business growth by expanding our market presence and building strong customer relationships. In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and provide tailored flooring solutions to meet customer needs. Your proactive approach and sales expertise will help strengthen our brand throughout the Kentuckiana market while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and understanding client needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing our LVP, engineered hardwood, laminate, and other flooring products.
Develop and execute territory management plans to increase market penetration.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
Qualifications
Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Experience in territory management and strategic sales planning.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Experience conducting product demonstrations and recommending solutions tailored to customer needs.
Compensation
Base Salary + Commission
Requirements
Flooring sales experience is a plus.
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Ability to travel throughout the Kentuckiana territory (Required)
Work Location: On the road
