KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Somerville, MA looking for an Accounting Specialist to join their team. This position is on-site with the potential for hybrid after the training period. Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Accounts Payable/Invoicing Process Accounts Receivable cash receipts, credit memos and maintain accurate records Month‑end AR closing, run month‑end AR reports, and prepare reconciliation reports Prepare and maintain journal entry backup, account reconciliations, and custom analyses Qualifications 3–5 years of AR and/or AP experience Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel Strong organization skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize workflows QuickBooks experience is a plus Compensation: $27–$33 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
