Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Cycle Closer Representative who can confidently manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract .

This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines sales, inspections, and customer relationship management . You will meet homeowners face-to-face, perform roof inspections, guide them through their options, and close deals with confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and ready to take ownership of their success —whether you’re experienced in roofing sales or looking to break into the industry with the right mindset.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Sales Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads from initial contact through closing

• Conduct in-person consultations and roof inspections

• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, materials, and project scope

• Guide clients through insurance claims (when applicable) and next steps

• Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process

• Close deals and ensure a seamless transition to project execution

Field & Inspection Responsibilities

• Safely access and inspect residential roofs

• Take measurements, photos, and document project details

• Communicate findings clearly to homeowners and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• Ability to operate as a full-cycle closer (from prospecting to closing)

• Comfortable with heights and working on roofs as part of the sales process

• Must own or have reliable access to a personal vehicle capable of storing a folding ladder (SUV, truck, or similar)

• Strong customer-facing communication skills (in-person, phone, and virtual/Zoom)

• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow a structured sales process

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

• Safety-minded with strict adherence to ladder and roofing safety protocols

Experience & Background

• Open to entry-level or early-career candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in sales, roofing, construction, or customer-facing roles is a plus

• Coachability, attitude, and drive are valued more than experience alone
