In this fully remote role, you'll work with qualified members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, providing personalized insurance solutions while helping families make informed financial decisions.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.

• Connect with qualified members from our provided lead system.

• Understand each client's needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.

• Provide ongoing customer service and claims support.

• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance standards.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
