What You'll Do

As a  Remote Insurance Representative , you'll help clients understand their coverage options while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.

• Present personalized life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate benefit options.

• Guide members through the enrollment process.

• Manage existing policies through reviews, beneficiary updates, and policy changes.

• Respond professionally to client questions and provide ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.

• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and leadership development.
