• Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone appointments.

• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.

• Assess client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Guide members through the enrollment process.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support.

• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance guidelines.

• Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, client services, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
