Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$17.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday)

Assist with machine setup, operation, changeovers and production
Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting, reporting equipment issues
Load raw materials and unload finished products
Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and maintaining adequate production supplies.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines, and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

MUST be open to training on day shift and moving to an off shift
High school diploma or GED REQUIRED
Manufacturing experience required
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and measuring skills.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
Steel toe boots REQUIRED
