Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas state PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy, including performing 60-minute evaluations and treating musculoskeletal and functional conditions.
• Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, including goals, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Familiarity with safe patient handling and clinic safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or mentoring students in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated participation in professional development and performance improvement activities.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Position requires providing outpatient physical therapy services, including 60 minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
