Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM No overtime Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with CNC machining , tooling, and quality checks. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints , schematics, and work orders
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of machining tools, feeds, speeds, and materials
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or both
- Familiarity with G-code or basic programming
- Experience in a manufacturing or machine-shop environment
- Ability to perform basic machine maintenance
