In this pivotal contract role, you will be the architect of our talent pipeline, directly influencing the growth and success of critical functions across the company. Imagine the satisfaction of bringing in the brightest minds who will drive innovation and operational excellence, supporting a diverse range of departments including Finance, Legal, Facilities, Safety, Product, Communications, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, and Fleet Operations. **What You'll Do:**
* Manage the entire recruiting process from initial intake to successful offer close, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and align on ideal talent profiles.
* Proactively identify and engage top-tier, passive candidates through advanced sourcing strategies.
* Champion candidates throughout their journey, from resume screening and interviews to providing a world-class experience.
* Facilitate crucial hiring debriefs and drive informed decisions with interviewers and company leadership.
* Independently identify and implement process improvements to optimize candidate experience and pipeline efficiency.
**What You'll Bring:**
* **Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in highly competitive industries.
* 2+ years of dedicated experience hiring for corporate, operations, or product functions.
* Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other external tools.
* Strong background partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver results within fast-paced, ever-changing work environments.
* Expert capability in assessing candidates for both technical competencies and behavioral fit.
* **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Deep expertise leveraging Lever to track metrics, build pipelines, and drive strategies.
* A genuine passion for innovative, high-tech industries.
