We are partnering confidentially with an established pediatric therapy organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a unique center-based opportunity with hybrid flexibility. Compensation: $107,250 guaranteed base salary Rather than relying heavily on bonuses or variable compensation, this model places greater emphasis on your guaranteed base salary. This opportunity is built for a self-starter who wants the ability to take ownership of their schedule, maintain a strong clinical caseload, and make a meaningful impact on clients, families, and the team around them. The position includes a monthly expectation of approximately 140 billable hours. You will also have dedicated time for treatment planning, supervision, clinical strategy, and other responsibilities outside of direct client care.
