Job Title: Warehouse Worker Driver Helper (1st Shift) Job Description

This role supports daily delivery operations by efficiently loading and unloading trucks carrying cases of beer and liquor, assisting drivers with multiple stops per day, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. You will handle physical tasks throughout the shift, follow health and safety policies, and help ensure orders are accurately prepared and delivered.

• Load and unload trucks carrying cases of beer and liquor, handling approximately 600 cases per shift.
• Consistently lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Use hand carts to transport products, including navigating stairs, ramps, and various delivery locations.
• Assist drivers with daily delivery routes, supporting up to 50 stops per day.
• Perform general warehouse labor tasks such as packing, picking, and order pulling.
• Use RF scanners to accurately pick and pack orders according to delivery requirements.
• Follow established health and safety policies and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in the warehouse.
• Support accurate loading and unloading of trucks to ensure timely completion of all stops.
• Multitask effectively to manage multiple orders and priorities during the shift.

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience in roles such as general labor, loading, unloading, or order picking.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds throughout a 1012 hour shift.
• Experience with loading and unloading trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in warehouse packing, picking, and order pulling.
• Ability to use RF scanners for order selection and inventory tracking.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle high-volume orders and multiple stops.
• Reliability and stamina to work physically demanding shifts and complete all assigned stops.

• Experience working with hand carts and moving product up and down stairs and ramps.
• Background in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Comfort working in a team of warehouse and delivery personnel.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing.
• Commitment to following health, safety, and quality standards.

This is a 1st shift position running Monday through Thursday, typically from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 10 to 12 hour day or until all delivery stops are completed. The role is based in a clean, organized warehouse environment with approximately 25 team members. Each employee has an individual locker for personal storage. The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting, use of hand carts, and movement through stairs and ramps as part of daily loading, unloading, and delivery support activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
