Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient behavioral health, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to evaluate symptoms and risk factors.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans that align with best practices, current literature, and organizational protocols.

• Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions (45-50 minutes each), ensuring a safe and supportive environment that encourages patient engagement and active participation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and launch our advanced, evidence-based virtual-first cardiac recovery program, integrating mental health support with physical rehabilitation.

• Regularly re-evaluate treatment plans based on patient progress and adapt interventions to ensure maximum benefits and safety.

• Utilize behavioral change techniques, such as mindfulness and motivational interviewing, to guide patients toward achieving their goals.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, maintaining accuracy and timeliness to uphold care continuity.

• Communicate effectively with team members and health system partners, ensuring prompt escalation of any unusual or emergent situations to maintain patient safety.
