Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success. Lead & engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns and executing directives from the Area or District Manager. Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age (and at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver). High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours. Physical ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Working Conditions Position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, frequent low‑position work (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use of ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
