Customer Care Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and occasional in-person interactions
• Process orders, transactions, repairs, and calibration requests
• Coordinate with laboratories, logistics, vendors, and internal departments
• Provide service updates, quotations, and delivery/pickup scheduling
• Expedite customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in the CRM system
• Perform data entry and documentation following SOPs and company procedures
• Support onboarding and workflow processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ensure high-quality customer service and professional communication at all times
• Adapt to hybrid work schedules and participate in training programs

Skills:

• Customer service and customer support experience
• CRM system/data entry experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Email and phone support handling
• Order processing and scheduling coordination
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Education/Experience:

• High School
