Key Tasks DCCA is hiring cleared Software Engineers (SWE) of all experience levels for a variety of current and new contracts in the Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade area, supporting the DoD/Intelligence Community. Required Skills Highly motivated to support the national security mission and interested in being part of a growing organization Desire to learn new techniques or use new tools, or strengthen an existing skill set Work as part of a team, or even lead a team of other engineers Provide and implement recommendations for complex software projects Analyze user requirements Debug existing software, test, and document systems Experience Guidelines SWE 0 – no demonstrated experience required with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) SWE 1 – 7+ years relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, 11 years of experience SWE 2 – 14+ years relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, 18 years of experience SWE 3 – 20+ years relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, 24 years of experience Desired Skills Experience working in an Agile development team/environment and conducting sprint planning Cloud technology and/or certifications Experience as a software team lead Big data Analytics CNO Security DevOps Required Education / Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Salary & Benefits The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 94,000 to 258,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
