We provide fresh prepared meals, smoothies, wellness products, and programs designed to help our customers feel their best while taking the guesswork out of healthy eating.

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, health-conscious Retail Wellness Associate who loves people, believes in providing an exceptional customer experience, and is excited to learn about nutrition, wellness, and the Clean Creations brand.

The Role

Our Retail Wellness Associates are much more than cashiers.

You will be one of the faces of Clean Creations and play an important role in helping customers find products that fit their goals. You'll greet guests, learn what they're looking for, recommend meals and wellness products, prepare smoothies and retail food items, and help customers navigate our online ordering and subscription programs.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally connects with people, takes initiative, pays attention to details, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ask questions to understand customers' needs and wellness goals
• Educate customers about Clean Creations meals, smoothies, snacks, supplements, detox programs, and other offerings
• Make thoughtful product recommendations
• Recommend smoothie add-ons and complementary products when appropriate
• Help create an inviting, high-energy retail experience
• Build relationships with regular customers and help turn first-time visitors into loyal Clean Creations customers

Smoothie & Food Preparation

• Prepare smoothies according to Clean Creations recipes and standards
• Prepare retail food items such as avocado toast
• Maintain proper portioning, presentation, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
• Learn the ingredients and key benefits of our smoothie add-ons
• Maintain a clean and organized smoothie and food-preparation area

Prepared Meal & Grab-and-Go Operations

• Learn the Clean Creations meal menu and product offerings
• Keep coolers organized, clean, stocked, and visually appealing
• Rotate inventory correctly
• Monitor product dates and quality
• Follow company procedures for discounted/red-dot inventory
• Help minimize waste and spoilage through proper inventory practices

Website & Subscription Support

• Confidently navigate the Clean Creations website
• Help new customers create an online account
• Walk customers through placing an online order
• Show customers how to start a meal subscription
• Assist existing subscribers with basic account questions
• Help customers locate and understand their digital wallet
• Check existing subscription information and guide customers through available account options

Retail Systems & Daily Operations

• Accurately operate the point-of-sale system
• Process purchases and payments
• Access required company systems and Google Drive resources
• Locate and update the Red Dot spreadsheet according to company procedures
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities
• Communicate inventory or customer-service issues to management
• Maintain a clean, polished, and organized retail environment

Retail, restaurant, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer-service experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
