Help Desk Technician II

Automated Business Technologies is a professional technology business in Centennial, CO. • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.
• Work with key client contacts to support their individual networks and software systems.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
• Conduct network administration tasks, including LAN/WAN/SDWAN setup and troubleshooting.
• Analyze client system logs/reports and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting network, server, and desktop environments.
• Strong knowledge of network and computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Deep understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Highly experienced with Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
• Experience with Meraki networking equipment is a plus.
• MSP/Help Desk Experience is a must.
• Linux knowledge is a plus but not required.
