Physical Therapist needed for a skilled nursing facility in Moses Lake, Washington. This travel temporary assignment starts on 08/31/2026 and runs for 19 weeks. You will earn $2,598–$2,658 per week with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The shift is 5x8 days (08:00–16:30). Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for residents in a geriatric, skilled nursing setting.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and pain management; monitor progress.
- Reassess patients regularly, adjust treatment plans, and document changes in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with an interprofessional team (nursing, therapy aides, physicians) to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.
- Educate residents and families on exercise programs, safety strategies, and home-program plans; ensure patient safety during activities and transfers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, outcomes, and any changes to goals or frequency of care.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team and commit to 35 guaranteed hours per week
