Remote RN Case Manager - Chicago South Side Travel
CVS Health
CVS Health Corporation in Illinois is seeking a Case Management Coordinator to support Medicare and Medicaid members. You will help schedule appointments, assist with accessing benefits, and educate members using care management tools to improve outcomes.
This full-time role requires an Illinois RN license, 3–5 years of clinical experience, and strong communication, analytical, and independent work skills. A travel-friendly setup and HIPAA compliance are expected.
