• Pay: $ 16.13/hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday; 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels, ensuring accurate processing and data integrity
• Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing, reconciliation, and 10-key entry
• Conduct research and resolve transaction exceptions and internal inquiries within strict deadlines
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced operations environment
Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proficiency with 10-key data entry and basic accounting, reconciliation, and balancing skills
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation of basic systems
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 2-5 hours per day as required
• Flexibility to adjust work hours and support operational demands, including occasional extended hours
