Member Services & Events Coordinator Application Form Job Description: Member Services & Events Coordinator The Member Services & Events Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the I94 West Chamber of Commerce, focusing on in-person member engagement, membership growth, event execution, and administrative support. This role ensures a high-quality experience for members while assisting with logistics and operational tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Engaging and outgoing team player Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs Ability to learn and work within CRM systems Experience with Canva is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with members and the community in various settings Excellent customer service, time management, and self-motivation skills Sales experience is a plus Strong professional verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively Associate's degree or higher preferred Required: Ability to lift 30 lbs., reliable transportation, reliable access to communications (Cell phone). Hours/Availability: Part-Time Approximately 20–24 hours per week Primarily in-person, typically 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday, 9:30am – 3:30pm) Must have some flexibility to support events, generally Monday–Friday between 8am and 6:30pm Flexibility is mainly needed for occasional pre-planned early mornings, evening events, and up to 2–4 weekend events per year Dress code: Professional/Business Casual Benefits: Initial pay range between $18.50-$22.50/hour DOE Flexible Schedule Partial Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement Mileage Reimbursement Simple IRA Plan with Employer Match after 90 days Key Responsibilities: Event Support & Execution Assist with event setup, check-in, and breakdown Support on-site event coordination and logistics Prepare materials, signage, and supplies for events Assist with event scheduling and planning Member Engagement Support Conduct member drop-ins and deliver welcome materials Assemble new member packets and ambassador materials Support committee logistics and coordination New Business Drop ins for Prospect outreach Administrative & CRM Support Assist with accounts receivable outreach (calls, emails, mailings) Maintain, audit and update member records in CRM Support prospect follow-up and data organization Provide office support and greeting visitors CRM Updates and Member update calls Available for document certification Office & Operational Support Manage general office needs and in-person inquiries Coordinate materials for Chamber programs and initiatives Assist with raffle items, silent auction coordination, and sponsor outreach Marketing Support Capture photos/videos at events for marketing use Increase membership through relationship building and in person drop ins Assist with basic content preparation (as needed) Key Outcomes Smooth, well-executed events Positive in-person member experience Accurate and organized member data Consistent operational support for Chamber programs Increased membership growth and engagement Responsible for other duties as assigned.
